Terms and Conditions
Bookings & Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
Payments: Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Services: Services are provided as described. The academy or salon is not responsible for adverse reactions to products used, including allergic reactions. Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to treatment.
Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are only provided in the case of service cancellation by the academy. Products purchased may be exchanged or returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
Liability: The academy is not liable for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully. The academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately.
Photos & Marketing: By attending services, clients may be photographed for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff prior to the session.
Changes to Terms: The academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
